| Took my truck in for "service 4x4 light on" and a few other things. I love this place, employees seem to be trustworthy ( personal items still there when I got my truck back) Steve will call you and update you with the cost$ before they start, so there's no surprises. Unfortunately, my 4x4 service light came on before I made it home that day. "Brad's is my go-to shop. Listen to his knowledge Tuesday's at 8:40 am on Kqds. |

| They put my new tires on with the white letters inside. They said they tried to call me but my phone went to voicemail, but they didn't leave a message. They said they'd turn them around for an extra $10 apiece some day when they aren't busy. I said, "So in other words, never, right?" He said ,"Yeah." Brads has always done right by me until now. This time I'm disappointed though. |

| Brads told me I needed work done that was made up. I?m talking about upward of 30 grand, just did me wrong and left me no way but to pay them if wanting my vehicles back. I went back to Brad?s to confront Brad two weeks later after picking my vehicles up I made the mistake of leaving with him and he had ?retired? I don?t trust Brad?s at all and hell no I wouldn?t recommend that shop to anyone and that?s facts |

| Was charged $80 for an injector flow test, and then another $80 to have them cleaned and flow tested again |

| Half ass a job and try to strong arm u to let them do the work. Wanted to charge me more money because they supposedly worked on my car for 8+ hrs on their own. Only authorized a diagnosis of 1 hr and they asked for 2 more , so I agreed. Went to look at my car and it was in the lot unlocked ( not a secure lot either) |
