| I had problems with a previous mechanic car sat for 3 months no work done just story after story.. called Brads made appointment.. dropped it off and was taken care of with in the week.. very honest and was told the issues.. fixed it and very up front.. |

| My car was stuck in reverse. I couldn't shift it at all. Even though they were booked out to work on my car when it arrived via wrecker to be dropped off they took a moment to take a quick look at my car and discovered what was broke had a safety recall. They notified me and I had to transfer it to a dealer. They saved me time by taking that moment to take a quick look versus letting it sit until they could work on it. I actually was able to get my car back on the road that same day. They have worked on my vehicle before and always call me and discuss what they find and let me know what approximately it's going to cost so I am aware what needs to be done and what it will cost me. |
