| You guys were SO helpful and fit me in so quickly even though I screwed up the online scheduling. I?m not knowledgeable about vehicles at all and you were so kind and patient explaining everything to me. Will be returning for all my future vehicle problems! THANK YOU!! |

| Been going here for 25 years. All my cars and my kids' cars. Brad an his shop are genuine, honest, highly skilled technicians. Never once have I had a job poorly done or felt I was "upsold". I didn't want to review this because they're always booked up and I don't want all of you to start making it worse! haha. But they deserve a five star review at the very least! The shop is always impeccably organized and run like a laboratory. You can't go wrong. |

I tried you because of the support you got from those that responded to the review in the Duluth Tribune yearly business survey plus you were close by. I was impressed when I first talked with you as you explained the problem and made me realize that there was no issue waiting a month for the appointment. I asked you to check the car over |

| I've never had a mechanic I could trust, until I brought my vehicle to Brad's. They fixed her up right away, charges were reasonable, and Brad and all of his guys working there are absolutely amazing! Now I understand why they stay so busy and why I had to wait to get my car in!! I could have found a mechanic closer to home (Cloquet), but Brad and his employees make the drive 100% worth it!! |

| I love taking my vehicles to Brads shop. Always great service with kind and knowledgeable mechanics that treat my car like it is their own. I never worry about the staff trying to charge me for or nickel dime me like other mechanic shops due. This shop is fair and reputable!!! |
